Welcome to City of Coventry Water Polo

Water polo is a team game related to swimming and is governed by the same National Governing Body - the Amateur Swimming Association.

Coventry has active water polo sections for youth boys and girls, senior men and senior women.

All sections compete at Midland League level and have teams in various championships and competitions throughout the year. The women's section also competes at National League level.

The Club currently has three boys and three girls attending British water polo regional training with two girls in the academy GB squad.

Swimming fitness is essential for water polo success and players are encouraged to continue with their swimming training when taking up the game.

New players will be warmly welcomed.
