4 Day Stroke Camp at University of Warwick Sports Centre (25m pool)City of Coventry Swimming Club is proud to present their 4 Day Stroke Camp.
The focus of the camp will be to fine tune technical skills in each of the 4 strokes (Butterfly day 1, Backstroke day 2, Breaststroke day 3 & Front crawl day 4). The swimmers will focus on a different stroke each day, covering all elements of the stroke including starts, turns, transitions and finishes. Under the guidance of City of Coventry Swimming Clubs Coaches and an assistant, swimmers will also be introduced to Land Training and be given tips on basic nutrition.
Dates for Easter:
Week A = 2nd - 5th April 2013
Summer Dates:
Week B = 29th July - 1st August 2013
Week C = 12th - 15th August 2013
Week D = 27th - 30th August 2013We offer a 20% discount for all advance bookings.
City of Coventry Swimming club members can receive a further 10% discount before the early Booking date.
NB – Discount is only available when booking for the full 4 days
